Supper club
'Three Dumplings' is a family name, coined by
our young son many years ago when he would watch as I made dumplings as canapés.
It always brings back lovely memories.
I have been cooking professionally for over
20 years, as a private chef running my own catering company as well as providing cookery lessons where I create speciality dishes and teach food-lovers how to prepare their own asian dishes.
Local chef, Judy @3dumplings hosts cosy, elegant supper clubs at her Balham home. Judy's partnered with Balham resident, wine expert & event host, Lisa Grannell (@londonwinetasting) for her next supper club on Saturday 30th September to offer a sensational 5-course Asian Tasting menu, with each course paired with a specially-chosen wine. Originally from Singapore, Judy serves a feast featuring cuisine from all over Asia and her hugely popular supper clubs are an interactive, social and intimate unique dining experience between the chefs and guests. You're very welcome to come with friends, family or on your own to make new local friends!
And during this special evening, in between each course, Lisa from @londonwinetasting will give information on the wine she has chosen to accompany it, in her usual relaxed, informative and engaging style!
