'Three Dumplings' is a family name, coined by
our young son many years ago when he would watch as I made dumplings as canapés.
It always brings back lovely memories.
I have been cooking professionally for over
20 years, as a private chef running my own catering company as well as providing cookery lessons where I create speciality dishes and teach food-lovers how to prepare their own asian dishes.
Six weeks in Singapore/Penang and Bangkok has been so inspiring with the food culture. Local chef, Judy @3dumplings hosts cosy, elegant supper clubs at her Balham home.
